Our Electrocardiograph Aide (EKG) Program at a Glance

The EKG program equips you with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on training to become a certified EKG Technician. You’ll learn to operate electrocardiograph machines, interpret heart rhythms, and recognize abnormalities. Upon completion, you’ll be qualified to work as an electrocardiograph aide, EKG technician, or monitor technician, playing a critical role in cardiac care.

4-week Monday through Friday schedule or 9-week Saturday-only schedule.

Tuition Includes

Classroom instruction, notepad & pencil, uniform, guidebooks, lab supplies, and the HIV 4-hour certification. The EKG certification exam must be purchased separately for $129 and it can be taken at our facility.

Our Electrocardiograph Aide program, taught by experienced certified instructors, is approved by the Commission for Independent Education under license #5971. Additionally, we have partnered with the National Healthcareer Association for your certification process.

Certified EKG Technician (CET) Exam

We’ll Help You Get Certified!

Upon graduation, you will be eligible to take the EKG Technician (CET) certification exam. The exam fee is $129 in addition to the cost of the course and can be taken at our approved facility.

Education

A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent will be needed.

Age

All Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

Valid Photo ID, social security number, and deposit at the moment of enrollment.
